At Sorella Sky Collective, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• With all tags attached
• Free from makeup marks, tan stains, perfume scents or signs of wear
• Returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.
Items that show signs of wear, washing or use will not be accepted. This includes garments worn for events, photoshoots or special occasions.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will be provided with detailed return instructions and the appropriate mailing address.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Sizing
We encourage customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order, as sizing may vary between styles.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to purchase and we will be happy to assist.
Returns due to incorrect sizing are accepted within our 30-day return policy; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
