Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from our Queensland studio.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping option.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days
Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post conditions.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once the minimum spend has been reached.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Sorella Sky Collective is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

At this stage, we ship within Australia only.
